Anyone have suggestions of which auto insurance provider is the cheapest?
Also, is it absolutely necessary to register your vehicle and obtain a license if you are planning to stay in a particular state for school purposes only? I'd like to remain on my family's coverage plan but am not quite sure how to do so. Any help would be appreciated!
