For those that took the NAPLEX/CPJE recently, did you guys have a lot of Autoimmune questions? RA, SLE, MS? The section in RXPREP super dense and I don't think I've seen the majority of them in practice. If there were questions on it, how difficult were they?
Should I memorize every single minute detail or just that DMARDS cause increase risk of infection, lymphoma, etc. Worth generalizing?
