- 3.68 cGPA
- 31Q MCAT

- 100 hours volunteering emergency room
- 80 hours volunteering in soup kitchen
- 8 months volunteering hospice (terminally ill children)
- worked 2 months as a transporter in hospital
- TA a semester of chemistry lab and another semester of anatomy lab

That's it. No research or leadership really...

Do I have any chance (MD only)?

Get some research in the spring semester, or do a summer research program. You may have already graduated but you can definitely find some sort of research if you look around. You have worked hard to make your application well-rounded so you shouldn't stop short now. Your chances will increase considerably with a research experience, though they are already somewhat good without it.

Are you talking about clinical research with doctors or basic science research at my university?

For clinical research, what are your thoughts on emailing 300 random doctors and hoping one of them at least invites you for an interview? (if not, how else could i get a position?)

And for the science research at my college, are you saying I can still research at my school even if I graduated?

I know that a few hospitals in my area have some sort of research internship over the summer. Pursuing one of these types of programs would be your best bet. Shouldn't be too hard to find if you check out their websites.
