Azusa Pacific University vs USC?

People I've talked to have said that USC's networks are great. Is it worth going to USC for that reason as well as their good reputation or would it not really matter in the end? My top two choices are APU and USC and I'm having a hard time deciding between them. Most have said they would choose APU, but from looking around on the internet, it appears USC is supposedly the better program. Anybody have any thoughts on this? Thanks. Just trying to narrow down their differences for better decision making.

I live in CA. Never heard of a USC grad having a 1 up on any other grad.
