Hello! I earned my bachelor's degree in biology in May 2013, and I took a completely different career path by working as a social media specialist after graduation.

It took me five years to earn by degree, and my GPA wasn't all that great. During my first two years at a public university, I was getting C's in basic classes like biology and chemistry and failed my first organic chemistry course. I then transferred to another university and did a bit better (still earned a couple of C's, but I was working my way up and performing better in higher-level science courses). My final GPA was a 3.17.

I truly want to try getting accepted into osteopathic school. Would it be a good idea to retake all of the courses I received C's in at a local community college? I'm worried that schools will see how much of a joke I look like, and I just want to show that I'm not the same lazy idiot who didn't study for exams.
