Back of Transcript Legend for GPA calculation

For anyone applying this cycle, did OptomCAS use the back of your transcript's legend to calculate your GPA? (Especially for any Canadian applicants?)
For example my school goes by percentages which can be converted to letter grades using my school's legend.
How did they calculate your GPA?

I'm in the same boat and from a Canadian uni that uses percentages. Do you find that the letter grade OptomCAS generates is lower than what your transcript actually says? If so, did you input percentages or letters?

I called them and told them I'm a Canadian applicant and they fixed it for me.

I called as well and she literally told me "it is what it is.."
What did they do to fix yours?

Ask to speak to Chris, he knows whats up. Tell him you are a Canadian applicant and your GPA was converted incorrectly. If that doesn't work, PM me.
