Maybe your license depending on state. What exactly did you mean by "bad"? A few infractions? DUI? Misdemeanor? Felony? What?

Expunge your record for the possession of alcohol if it will cause issues for the licensing in your state. Contact your state board to clarify.

It is also possible that you need to clear some sort of background check in your state to work in healthcare (or participate in clinicals during schooling). It may be worth looking up if there is something similar in your state as well and if your charge would keep you from passing a similar background check.
