hello, im international dental graduate who got my wes evalution done and got a gpa of 2.39 while in my forgein university transcrpiy it's gpa of 2.4 . i only had send to wes my forgein university dental transcrpit which shows the grades i got for each subject and wes just copy pasted my grades and give me wes report. in other words when my evalaution was done i didnt send the garding scale of my universith which shows each grade and it's % uesd by my forgein university but later after i got my wes report i did send them the gradeing scale of my university so that wes can see what each grade in my transcrpit is on it's % using my university scale and was wondering that wes should conevert that % to a grade according to their scale used but actuall they did nothing until yet.
i woudl like to ask how a one can get wes re-evalution bec im trying to get new evalaution from wes but what steps i should take as they dont answer emails at all .
and my concern how does wes convert % to a grade as in my forgein transcrpit i got grades but that ecah grade have a % and that % is totally different from the sacle uesd by wes for examaple a grade of A in my university scale it is from 90-100% while in wes it's from 75-100% and wes site state wes use grades a,b,c, while my university use plus and minus but ecah grade in my university to % is different from the a , b,c scale used by wes.
so do u ppl send transcrpit with grades or % as i send it with my grades and we got a scale used by my university show the grade and it's % which i didnt send at first when my evalution was done but i did send the scale later on last week and they got me same wes report . my point is for a transcrpit with grades why wes dont use for example my university scale to see the % for grade and then convert that % to a grade using wes scale used for my home country (egypt)
so any suggestiions on what i should do to solve my wes problem im facing and how my complain can be heard as wes dont respond well to their customers
