Bad grades in Organic

You'll be fine. The only scrutiny schools really place on coursework is how you do in lower level v. upper level courses.

For what it's worth I got Cs in both semesters of Ochem and Ochem lab and it wasn't an issue. I just made sure I made up for it in harder/upper level courses.

Yea I would start contemplating on another career path if I were you, sorry OP life sucks...

Jk. But really? What if I told you that students get accepted every year to medical school with C's in organic chem, heck even a top 20 school is possible if your GPA shows a general upward trend. I hope you do know most medical schools are changing the requirement to only one semester of organic chem and adding biochemistry to the list so no a grade in organic chem is not the "most important grade" and medical schools will look at this with little to no "scrutiny".

Take a deep breath and relax.

It's a sad world when a B is considered a bad grade. Be grateful. A lot of kids at my school don't even pass first semester Ochem.

How bad does a B+ in both organic 1 and 2 look? I got a B+ in orgo 1 last semester and am not so sure I can pull of an A this semester (although I will try). I know this is the most important grade and med schools will look at this with extra scrutiny. Is there anything that I can do to make up for it? I will be taking biochem. soon but I really don't want to take something like physical chemistry to "prove" that I can handle hard chemistry courses. I just really kinda despise chem...
Getting a B+ in OChem I&II is fine. You need make no apologies and you don't have to "make up for it."

I got B's in both Orgo classes and got into good medical schools. Relax and don't worry.

Given those grades, you should really pick up some courses on the physics of deep frying, FIFO burger storage management, and drive-thru electronics operations to help you in your inevitable future career.
