Does anyone have a chemotherapy drug chart or table that they made (or already had) to study for the recent BCOP? I would like to have one; the one I have is from pharmacy school in 2003, so obviously, it's a bit outdated. I am willing to trade the 2016 BCOP Course Handbook (I didn't get a chance to sit for the exam this year).
