I do MTM all the time in retail. They force it on us even though we barely have enough hours to do our main job.

You mean there isn't a dedicated person to just do all the MTMs? I've seen in other places like hospitals/clinics where they have a MTM pharmacist that does only that. Maybe this is something to propose to your management.
