Hi,
I would like to know how to prepare for behavioral interview during which you're asked questions about your experience. I'm not not many of us have experienced all those scenarios... so... is it okay to say that you've never come across such situation? If not, is it okay to make up "hypothetical" situations to answer the interviewer's questions?

First, most behavioral-type questions are very general (i.e. describe a time when you have disagreed with a superior). I'd go through the feedback in the SDN Interview Feedback tool under References at the top of the page. Think of a story you could tell for each one. Practice with someone who's hired people before if you can - I actually got my grandma to help me when I was first entering the workforce. 🙂 These sorts of questions will be asked in pretty much every interview you have for the rest of your life. Make sure you keep in mind the image that you want to portray - well-rounded professional - and that your answers are in line with that image.

There is a second type of question, which are specific situations you may not have been in before (especially if, say, you've never worked in a pharmacy). I found it helpful to talk with my s/o who has been in pharmacy for quite some time. Often, the question is trying to probe how well you know the field you're applying for (there is an acceptable level of naivete, but some people just know nothing). Other times, they are trying to catch you off-guard and test your on-the-spot critical thinking skills - in this case, think about whether it's just a twist on a more general question. It's perfectly acceptable to reach for the water to stall while you think of an angle you can take. 😛 As long as the emphasis is on what you have/can do, rather than what you haven't, I think it's okay to admit that you're answering as a hypothetical.

Hi,
I looked at Interview Feedback and there're only polls... Could you plz link me to the page where I can find the questions being asked?

There are 3 sections when you get to the Interview Feedback page for a specific school. There is the basic info section, the questions section, and the tour and travel section. Click the questions section to find what youre looking for

Click "view survey results" (It's under the pie graph.)
Scroll down and open the "Questions" tab.
