Below the 10th percentile in one section

Hey guys!
So, it turns out, according to the MSAR, I'm below the 10% for one section in the MCAT (CARS) of my target school.
The other three sections fall into the 75% (C/P), 90% (B/B and P/S) and my overall score is in the 75% for that school.

As for other factors, my GPA falls into the 90% and my EC's are ehh, typical.

how detrimental is this and, ultimately, what are my chances?

What is the CARS score in question, and is English your first language? What's your total MCAT? Targeting one school is fairly foolish; odds are you won't get in. The only exception is if you are applying Early Decision and have had a conversation with Admissions regarding your candidacy.

My CARS score is 121 and my overall MCAT score is 508.

English is not my first language. I'm not even from the states.
