You have to wait... I am not sure how long - it may depend on your hire status / benefits.

Your hiring manager would be the best place to ask such a question.

Also - Do not type in all caps - its poor web etiquette.

What type of benefits? You can join Profit Sharing after 3 months but I believe you have to be full time with walgreens for a year in order to get health insurance.

At Wags I believe it's 3 months full-time before you are eligible for health insurance...a 12 week average of >30 hours/week.

I think the profit sharing now allows people to join immediately, but you are only eligible for the 2:1 match, until maybe after a year, then you start to get the rest of the match which is based on company performance...years past it has been another dollar or so...but to withdraw the money you have to have been vested in the company, for either 5 or 3 years...not sure. Ask the store manager or DM, they'll know for sure.

This is all correct. You also recieve your sick and vacation days after 1 year of service.
