Berkeley Review Biology Books

So I have the TBR books for both orgo, gchem, and physics, but I was wondering if it is worth investing in the biology books. I searched but people only talk about the chem and physics no one really says much about the biology. The main reason I am thinking about it is because they have 15 mcat style passages after each chapter so the practice is probably really good. I already know EK is the consensus here for Bio pretty much but has anyone actually used the TBR bio?

From what I understand, recent MCAT takers have found that Berkeley Review's passages are the closest to real MCAT. I think the consensus around here is to use EK book for content review and then use Berkeley review for the passages after finishing content review with EK.

I read their content review for only a couple chapters and used EK for the others. But I did BR biology passages religiously and that helped greatly.

I might give this a shot. I took the MCAT last time and did an 11 on Bio with pretty much just EK Biology(SOME Kaplan since it goes into detail).

Definitely a lot of information here. Passages are comparative to recent MCAT, but my god, do these books take forever to get through. They were solid review for things my introductory classes had skimmed over though.

I just got mine in today. I am reviewing a few content subjects but mostly I'm using them for the passages. And boy are they ****ing hard.
