Berkeley Review Book missing chapter

I ordered my books directly from the Berkeley Review website.. When I received them I noticed that one of the books is missing a chapter. I've been contacting the company for about a month now and haven't heard anything back.

Is anyone else having this issue? And do you know the best way to get a hold of them?

I don't know if you've already tried this, but I've called them twice in the past and was able to get through. Just keep in mind their time zone is PST.
