Trying to decide on conferences for residents. I have two I can go to this year, I already did the AO course. Seems like the standard other option is scopes. Any other courses recommended aside from scopes or would people recommend doing another course instead of scopes as well?

I got an e-mail yesterday from ACFAS that Los Angeles has banned single-use plastic bottles and we should bring our own reusable water bottles for the conference. Can I bring a flask instead?
