Best Czech Medical College?

Hey, I would like to know what the best university in czech republic would be for studying medicine in terms of quality of education, recognition, workload, cost etc? I have already qualified for the 2nd Faculty of Medicine and Palacky University and will be sitting for the entrance exams for Masaryk, 1st Faculty and HK in the coming weeks so please help me come to a conclusion.

I would also like to know if studying medicine in Czech Republic is a good choice or should I consider alternatives as I will also be applying to Cattolica University in Rome, Aga Khan University in Pakistan and University of Debrecen in Hungary?

Any help would really be appreciated.
