Discussing pseudo-addiction for a 75 y/o WF overusing her BT meds. Dictated about increasing her long acting and workingto make sure she was not a chemical coper.

Dictated: "All that I can add to Dr. X's previous care is a little embellishment".

Transcribed: "All that I can add to Dr. X's previous care is a little intelligence"

. . . and cc'd to the other pain doctor.
