best liver book out there

trying to learn liver bx decently well w/o actually doing a whole damn liver (or GI) fellowship... recommendations on best book out there?

i've heard good things about lefkowich, liver section in new odze GI book. others? rank? help!

I have the newish MacSween's which I really like. Scheuer's book is not too bad either (but more focused on day-to-day signout).
 
Ludwig's Practical Liver Biopsy Interpretation is an oldie but a goodie

It's divided by the histologic patterns rather than disease processes, and is small and concise (black and white pics though, which are sufficient)
 
Anything by Lefkowhich is good.
