Best network of hospitals for BPT in Australia?

can i have some input please about the best network of hospitals to do the Basic Physician Training (BPT) in australia, in each territory and why?
- NSW, Victoria, Qeensland...etc,
- including best teaching, location, expenses, communication, working hours, etc

and by any chance, do you know if Australia and New Zealand accpet any sponsored IMGs for residency, if so how?

It's quite subjective as to which BPT network is better or not.

Everyone has different needs and career goals.
