Best orthognathic surgery book

What do the OMS people here on SDN consider the best text on orthognathic surgery? My program recommends Proffit and White's "Contemporary Treatment of Dentofacial Deformity", but I've heard that Reyneke's book is supposed to be good. Any thoughts?

It's written by one of my staff, so my bias is that it's the perfect "companion" to our cases. It's easy to read and everything is dumbed down for guys like me.

We use Reyneke's book primarily at UCLA. It's sitting on my desk right now.
