I'm a medical student, but I absolutely love Goodman & Gillman.😍 It's a pharm text but my god if you're looking for good in depth phys, it's all there.

guyton is the main physio text that most people recommend.

MS3's opinion: Guyton is bad*ss and very thorough. For a smaller text you could do worse than Costanzo Physiology (not BRS)
