I'm doing self- study, so I need to get my hands on as many practice tests as possible...

Of course AAMC practice tests are the best option... but that's only 8 tests (including #10 which I heard was questionable)

I know Berkeley Review & EK also offer CBTs

What other companies offer CBTs and which ones most resemble the real deal? has anyone actually used the tests? What has your experience been like?

I know ordering anything from BR is a hassle because they don't accept credit cards... so how long does it take to actually get access from them... if I want to use their CBTs for practice starting 45 days before the MCAT date (the alloted time for using their exams), when should I mail in my personal check?

Thanks for any help

Gold Standard has 10 online CBT's you can purchase through their website. The verbals aren't very useful b/c they're too easy and not representative of the MCAT (in my opinion). The BS sections are really good. PS tests 1-6 are good MCAT practice, but 7-10 are more for concept review, not really doable in the 70-minute test time.

The Gold Standard tests were good, IMHO. They are MUCH harder than the real deal because of their curve... but it's good practice. And they aren't too expensive either. 👍
