Best programs for systems neuroscience?

Hi all,

I think there have been similar threads in the past on this topic, but I couldn't find any recent ones. I'm planning on applying to MSTP programs this cycle and am specifically interested in systems neuroscience; what is the general opinion on the best graduate programs in this field? I'm formulating my school list right now and have a vague idea of the very top programs, but I'm curious to see if anyone comes up with a place I haven't been thinking of yet.

Do you have any particular interests within systems neuroscience? Either methods (optogenetics, electrophys, imaging, etc.) or disease processes (TBI, ALS, MS, depression, autism, schizophrenia, etc.)? Do you want to work with animal data or human data?
