BIG PICTURE Pathology by Lange- worth reading?

Hi all,

I recently obtained "The Big Picture Pathology" by Kemp, Burns and Brown.
It also reads "lange" on the cover.

It seems like a very well structured book with good images, but I can't find much comment about it online. Before I spent time reading through it (since BRS and RR Pathology are already well-accepted as good patho books), I was wondering if anyone has gone through this book and has something to say about it?
