From what I have been studying, annelids do have a closed circulatory system. But amphibians are chordates, and most chordates have closed circulatory systems

Amphibians have 2 types of circulatory systems, one between the heart and lungs a (pulmonary circulation) another is systemic circulation- through the rest of the body including the brain.
Pulmonary is usually the closed circulatory system, however the systemic circulation is open because Oxygen can diffuse from the moist environment through the skin.

Hope this helps.
