Hey guys,

Alot of you the people who have recently taken their DAT have posted about the Bio section that there were some experiment problems that were pretty random and difficult to answer no matter how much material you know. Exactly what kind of problems are these? I'm just a little confused and hope I can get some readiness before I go into my exam on the 15th.

I believe they are there to test your reasoning skills....what and why
They basically set up a situation and then they ask you what would happen if you altered one or the other factors.
I can't give the question here, but I will say that they are not hard. There were maybe 2 of those and they just required you to pick the most reasonable answer. Don't worry about them.

I took the DAT yesterday and i can tell you that there were a couple of bizzare questions that there was no way in hell that it was possible to know. You just had to guess and hope it was right. Biology is so random that you can never be sure of how you are going to do even if you think that you know the stuff.
