For the DAT which organisms have cholesterol and which organisms have cytoskeleton?

I came across many resources that contradict one another... Not sure if cholesterol is only present in animal cells or is it also in plant cells cell? and for cytoskeleton is it in both eukaryotes (plants and animals and fungi) or also in prokaryotes etc?

also for free ribosomes i want to know if my understanding is correct:
they will end up in cytoplasm, mitochondria or nucleus

thanks!

Cholesterol is ONLY present in animal cells. (Plants use a similiar component, sterol) and prokaryotes have neither.
Cytoskeleton is present in ALL cells; it must be because it serves to support the cell and allow it to move (the former is a prerequisite for all cells while the latter may not be, i.e. plant cells).
And yes, ribosomes are located in the nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondria, and you forgot to mention, chloroplasts.
