I don't know, but I only wish that someone would pay for me to take such a thing. When my parents were paying for my education, I bought the standard Biochem text offered at Boston University and read it from cover to cover. I also purchased texts on proteomics and other topics--simply out of curiousity. In my non-expert opinion--it MAY help you.
I think the real issue is that, if you're smart enough, and intellectually curious enough, then you probably have little to worry about anyway.
In my studies, I am taking the MCAT in April. I have subjected myself to all of the MCAT material. By April, I will have thoroughly exposed myself to 99%+ of the MCAT material. That leaves the critical thinking aspect. Only experience can expose one to those things. I am still trying!
