Biochem question

Is the answer B?

My reasoning is this:

Choice C can be eliminated since adding a sugar to an amino acid won't really affect the charge.

Choices A and D can be eliminated because both are have a residue change to lysine so they are practically the same, and also the R-group for lysine won't be deprotonated at high pH, and will remain neutral.

Choice B (glutamate) has an R-group that can be deprotonated, so it will have a negative charge.
