i heard those 3 hit hard on the exam.

i didn't find lippincott that useful for those topics, anyone use another source to master it?

The shelf doesn't require you to "master" those materials to some ridiculous extent, just learn the material fully. BRS Biochem (all chapters!) is all you need.

And where do you go to school that has a shelf exam in August?!?!
