Doing some questions from an Biochemistry book to prepare for the new MCAT

The question is:

A. In an experiment researchers find an enzyme with [Et] = 4nM and Vmax = 1.6 uM s-1. Based on this experiment what is the Kcat for the enzyme? (Include appropriate units).

B. In another experiment, [Et] = 1 nM and = 30 uM. Vo = 300 nM s-1. What is the Km?

Convert all concentrations in M only.Like [Et] = 4nM = 4X 10^-9M
Vmax = 1.6uM/s = 1.6 x 10^-6 M/s
You have to take same units of molarity.Either all of them in nM or uM or M
then plug in the given equation
kcat= Vmax/[Et]
