Biochemistry review material for NBDE I?

I am trying to find a good resource to use to review biochem for NBDE I. When I take the NBDE I next summer, it will have been almost 4 years since I've had biochem so I really need a dencent review of the material. Has anyone used Rapid Review Biochemistry? If so, would you suggest it? If not, is there a good resource that you would suggest?
