I was able to do well with just Cliff's and Feralis. I am a non bio major (chem) and I have only taken first year biology. Whatever is lacking in Cliffs, I think is covered well in Feralis (for example indepth look at skin/bones). I personally don't like having to use so many resources and kept my studying simple. This landed me a 25 TS.
