blank status for Case since June...anyone else?

I have had a blank status on AADSAS for Case since June. My application should have been complete since September. Is it normal to have a blank status from case since they have so many applications, or should I call them?

Btw, were ur AADSAS materials sent to CASE? (Check it out at AADSAS)

I think ur application may be not updated on their system yet.
