As Deadlifts pointed out the keyword here is 'molecular'. Only ice is composed of molecules that are the the building units in a crystal.

Deadlift made it quite clear, you have to notice that Water is the only molecule amongst the options. I think this exact topic was covered in Chad's Gen Chem. For basics like this, i'd give that a go, it will really give you a solid base to not miss these questions.🙂
