B. NaCL is ionic bonding.
C. metal
D. Ice is solid H2O. H2O bonds to other H2O molecules through hydrogen bonds. This forms a molecular crystalline structure.

They don't form molecular crystalline solids.

It is from EK 1001 gen chem...EK 1001 gen chem and physics have some realy weird and frustrating questions.

I am still confused...The question did not say anything about INTRA or INTER...How do you know they are referring to INTER?

As Deadlifts pointed out the keyword here is 'molecular'. Only ice is composed of molecules that are the the building units in a crystal.
Diamond: C atoms
NaCl: ions (Na+ and Cl-)
Gold: Au atoms
Ice: water molecules

Deadlift made it quite clear, you have to notice that Water is the only molecule amongst the options. I think this exact topic was covered in Chad's Gen Chem. For basics like this, i'd give that a go, it will really give you a solid base to not miss these questions.🙂
