Book of choice?

An attending at my home campus has offered to purchase one book for each student graduating from his campus as a sign of congratulations for completing medical school. My question is, if you could choose one ENT text (regardless of price) that has been the most valuable to you during residency, which would you suggest?

KJ LEE was the most valuable for me in terms of studying and getting a grip for the in-service. But that's affordable.

If you're getting one book, get an atlas.
