I have heard MKSAP and Step up to Medicine are good..What are some recs for at home use and the books to carry in your white coat while on the floors?

What version of MKSAP is good? I'm only seeing MKSAP 3 on Amazon...

MKSAP 3, Step Up, Pocket Medicine are supposed to be good.

Pocket Medicine!!! It's the only book I keep in my pocket on the wards.

Pocket Medicine is a great book. It's the only thing I use on the wards as an intern.
