um is this an error.. like the half circle CLEARLY has those two straight parallels under it making it stick out.. how can the answer be like that with just a little bit of the half circle out i don't get it.

Choice B is wrong because you should be seeing the red portion protruding out. Choice A is correct because that's what you get if you flip the original piece upside-down.
