Each have over 500 pages, and not going to have time to study both. Which one to go with?
Both look very detailed with graphics so not sure which one to choose.

I have been studying both. I highly recommend you read both, but if that absolutely isn't an option for you then go with the Bootcamp notes. Here is my take on the two:

Bootcamps notes are harder to read and more dry but they definitely provide more information and also don't jump all over the place like the Dynamite Destroyer notes. Tons of beautiful images and great easy to remember mnemonics are provided as well. You really can't go wrong with them but you need to read closely and discipline yourself to get through the chapters.

The Dynamite Destroyer notes are easier to process and read with shorter chapters and less dense info thrown at you. However, it is very disorganized and jumps to different topics randomly. There is also less information here than seen in the Destroyer notes. Still you can't go wrong with it, and I am sure it provides all necessary information needed to do well on the DAT.
