OK, so have a couple questions...

1.) My intern license was denied by my state, can I appeal? I don't want to be kicked out of my program
2.) A friend that works at my pharmacy wants to apply to pharmacy school but has 6 charges (all class C), will that prevent her from getting her pharmacy intern license (only asking since she sees what I'm going through)?
3.) Does every state's BOP require an appearance if you have even a single charge?
4.) Any advice is welcome!

I'm kind of confused, doesn't the Pharmacy intern application only ask if you have been convicted of a crime (not charged?) If you have only have one charge, that shouldn't make a difference

No, my application said charged (LIST ALL CHARGES). I assumed since it was a traffic ticket and I wasn't arrested that it didn't matter but apparently it counts as a charge and my intern license was denied because I was dishonest. My friend will be honest about her charges obviously, but she doesn't want to even bother to apply if she's just going to get denied...
