Bored while doing supp. apps - What are my chances?

Cum GPA: 3.43
Science GPA: 3.35

PAT: 21
QR: 19
RC: 18
Bio: 20
GC: 25
OC: 20
TS: 21
AA: 20

And other ordinary community services at hospitals/ shadowing etc...Prob around 100 hours.
What are my chances for big city schools like NYU, BU, Tufts, Upenn, Temple, Columbia, UCSF, and UCLA?
I sent my AADSAS App. in first week of June and finishing up my Supp. Applications.

NYU, BU, Tufts, Temple, from what i have seen you got a good shot. UCLA is a long shot as it is the most competitive on the west coast. UCSF your a bit below avrg on GPA but not DAT... If you want to stick to the LA area have you considered western and Loma Linda? Your stats are right on part or above their avrg and its not USC...
This is all of course arbitrary and based on avrg stats i have read.... Im not adcom

He has a phd in mathematics...For his thesis, he made a model theory on people chances of landing acceptances/interviews

Here is what I think with my cursory glance:

GPA: Below average to average
DAT: Good - 20 AA.
Volunteering: Average amount
Shadowing, research: ??

I don't think anything from your post sticks out as particularly superb, but at the same time, nothing sticks out as the kiss of death to your application. You probably have a decent chance at the schools you listed and the large private schools. Good luck.

I think you're okay. Personally, I would've added a few more schools, but your stats seem fine, given that you've applied quite early in the game. Nothing I or any other member will say will change the outcome of your application at this point. It's out of your hands so just relax and wait. It's also a good time to start praying on a daily basis, if you're religious at all.


I wish stevesteve121 would calculate my life expectancy, # of future progeny and whether I will divorce and remarry multiple times and how well I will succeed in life.
