Boston application - need help urgently

This is regarding the online application. The section where you have to write about your personal experiences within 500 words actually doesnt seem to accept anything more than 300 words !! Has anyone else faced this problem? I tried calling the BU admissions office, but I kept hitting the irritating automated voice messages.

Do let me know. I have been stuck with this problem for days now🙁

Yes you are right...I faced the same problem while filling the BU online application... if your matter is more than 300 words, it will not accept... you have to delete the least important points until your essay is within 300 words limit...only then it will be accepted...

Hey guys, for the most fulfilling experience, do you describe a single incident (as it says 'most') or give a list of incidences?
