Hey guys! Basically posting this since I didn't see any recent housing threads.. anyway...

I am a post bacc pre med at Harvard, and am leaving my apartment since I am relocating in the area. I have a VERY spacious one bed available in a house right on the Red line in Porter Square. You'll be approximately 20 seconds from a grocery store, amongst many other conveniences. The Red line is about a minute walk as are the buses on Mass ave. Harvard is a 15 minute walk from campus, and the rent is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!!! I shopped around for a good 4 months before I found this place, and found nothing cheaper or closer to major transportation. The lease is VERY flexible. You can get anywhere in Boston since you'll be living on the Red line. The neighborhood is really safe, lots of grad students, Tufts med students, Law students, you get the idea. You'll have 3 roommates, two of which are Harvard students, and one is a post grad. All three of them are really clean, sane, and very nice people, as I moved in here not knowing them either. Huge backyard, FREE LAUNDRY AND FREE PARKING!!!! So essentially you cover rent, heat, and electricity. House is in great condition, on a really nice street. Neighbors are young adults but quiet and respectful.

Please PM me if you are interested and I'd be glad to have you come by and check the house out. I realize its a bit late in the game for housing but this is a phenomenal housing opportunity!
