Is there a major difference between the two books by Weinstock and is either better than the other?

The first one is the one that the EMRAP segments are based on (if you listened to those), and feature a case and discussion of the medicine predominantly. The second one is a little more about the legal aspects. I think the first one is superior, but both are pretty good reads.

If you subscribe to EM:RAP there's enough recycling of material that I don't think it's worth getting the books. If you don't, I definitely recommend them.
