There are very easy ways for wolf!Mel to get around it though. I just don't trust it at all

This was after vis went down. The only other mention of him being wolfy before than was her saying she needed to look into him more. She started going after zenge after Lawpy and April mentioned sus.
I don’t think I can clear her for pushing zenge.

Don't use my message reactions as a reason to yeet or not yeet me. Use my actual posts, reads, and thoughts that I've put on the thread and use that to make your decisions. Not whether or not I like one of your messages.

I've been pondering this, and actually I really like Mel's idea to have him protect someone else for yeet tomorrow. Unless this is some sort of hidden loophole he hasn't disclosed, that would prove he used his ability on someone other than himself and therefore is likely able to be yeeted tomorrow. It's not going to prove he's village by any means-- in fact, it's pretty NAI-- but it will show that he can be yeeted tomorrow and we won't have to stress over whether the yeet will go through or not.
I think the selected player has to be someone nearly universally village-read so no one can claim it's a wolf collusion. I'm feeling either @Lawpy or @samac as the ideal candidate.

Issue I’m afraid we’ll run into tomorrow is if who we decide to use it on dies and it’s just “oh darn we’ll never know”.

After going through the way things went down after vissy the only person I’m willing to change to at this point is Alley. Otherwise I’m staying on Mel.
I don’t think it’s an AM/Lawpy pack.

Fine, if you can't completely clear me for pushing zenge, you should at least be using that to form a village read. Why in the world would I waste my entire lunch break searching through posts and game threads from the past 12 months all to compile in a post for you all to read if I was compiling a case on my packmate. And then I got hardly any responses to it besides Zenge arguing that Sunny was not an easy misyeet. I've literally never put in that much effort as a wolf to incriminate a packmate. I don't get why you all are not village reading me from that push. I can understand why it does not clear me 100% (except I've literally never bussed like that) but I feel strongly that I should not be in the POE anymore. I feel like I strongly contributed to sporty shooting Zenge and I contributed to catching a wolf.

Is Lawpy the only person you can see wolfing with AM? After going back through the vissy flip I don’t think he’s a wolf.
Who else would you consider in a pack with her?

justafluff - Nothing useful from the vis vote to move Fluff one way or another. Vis’s lack of push here is concerning though.

Youngkal - I’m not seeing anything that makes me think this is a villager. BUT Vissy’s push here only makes sense if this is a villager. Neutral for now.

Wolfy:
violetvett - At this point I feel like I was played by the role reveal. I haven’t seen any posts that makes me think this is a villager. Very little concrete analysis that I feel good about.

Alleycat03 - I think I gave her too much credit for early game. Her latest pushes, me especially feels off and disingenuous. I think she was buddying up with me so that if she went down it would make me look bad. I’m disappointed I fell into this trap.

Melchizedek - April and AM in his POE should have been the last straw. His reads have made no sense, his pushes make no sense. This is a wolf and 100% where I’d be voting today. If Mel doesn’t flip wolf, just vote me out. I don’t want to deal with being this wrong and fighting off the misyeet all cycle.

D1 voting feels: 1 wolf in the blue train, +/- another hinding on my train bc they wanted to avoid the vis train (but would consider looking at someone who was on vis but moved to either of the others). In my mind D1 is the easiest time for a wolf to be voting for another wolf but could be skipped to vote random.

D2: I think 1 wolf avoided the trains (AM/Lawpy/Mel), I highly doubt the rest went on the same train so maybe one more on each, im not sure i can convince myself there are 3 wolves on one (fluff v ivy)

D3: ill put max two on the vis train right now.

We have 12 people left right? (asking because I'm not sure) Assuming three wolves left, we have six killed villagers until parity. If Mel doesn't die today, assuming one kill per night, we still have three yeet cycles, two of which could be misyeets and we could still win the game.

D4 - no yeet
N4 - one dead, 11 left
D5 - misyeet, 10 left
N5 - one dead, 9 left
D6 - misyeet, 8 left
N6 - one dead, 7 left
D7 - either misyeet and reach parity or yeet a wolf
 
@potentialsheltervet you were on mel yesterday no? Reason you arent there right now -- maybe i just missed it
 
If Mel protected himself today, then we just yeet tomorrow and get him since I'm assuming he can't self-protect two nights in a row. If Mel did not protect himself today and we don't yeet him but then do attempt to yeet him tomorrow and he DOES self-protect tomorrow, then we still won't have him yeeted until D6.

I'm not significantly doubting Mel's wolfiness. The main reason I was hesitating is concern over how quickly the wolves might reach parity if we don't kill one today but with April's visual I'm comfortable yeeting Mel.
 
Devils advocate -- mel doesnt die today with the yeets, but we learn is his a wolf im looking hard at everyone on that because you know i would have been heavily discussed in wolf chat

also why im avoiding because either way i see this bad for me @ whoever said it was bad for me earlier

The catch to this is that if we yeet Mel today, we HAVE to yeet Mel tomorrow, or else there's a chance he could self-protect two days from now

No, I would be surprised if Lawpy is a wolf unless he's a hardcore busser because he did push Vis and Zenge both. He also voted for Vis in that period after the reveal (but before the rojo/fauxjo I thought?), so while it does not clear him, I don't get why he would change his vote so last minute when he would know it would bring him scrutiny/not actually give him village cred. With us not knowing the legitimacy of the rojo, I really don't know if he's wolfing, but I would pursue other people first. Also, the interactions between him and Zenge could have been faked, but that was a LOT of pushing and I would be surprised if they pulled that off and were both w/w.

I mean, sure. I agree with you, but it's kind of strange to bring this up pre-emptively when no one was really debating/discounting it.

I clearly explained that was my list of people to pursue after AM. Mel is a village read, as I have been screaming all day. I know that hardly anybody agrees with me, but that is the hill I'm dying on.

If Mel is a wolf, then y'all are just going to misyeet me anyways after he flips and y'all can tell me "I told you so" forever. I don't care that y'all think I am wrong, I'm trusting my gut on this.

So you thought the solution was to just leave him out of your reads list entirely?
 
I'm just not understanding. If there were two or three people that you thought were 110% village and left all of them off your push list, fine. But to leave Mel and only Mel off is really really weird.

My "pass" had nothing to do with her role reveal and everything to do with how Vis didn't care about her being in danger + Zenge trying to misyeet her. Of course, there's also Mel's treatment of her too but I get we're not going to agree on that one.

What are you not understanding? I know you all are dead-set on yeeting Mel today, and nothing I say has convinced you otherwise. I have quite literally said several times that I refuse to vote for him and I think he is a villager.
