Can samll aneyursms disappear with better BP control?

Pt had MRA after R facial dysthesia in 2007. Showed R posterior cerebellar 2x3mm aneurysm without disruption of posterior circulation & 30-40% vertebral arthery stenosis. 2009 CT angiogram doesn't show any anyeursm.

Does the study need to be repeated or a different study or leave it alone?
