take a day off.
trust me, I was getting burnt out ~2 weeks ago so I took a day off and went out with my gf for the whole day and didn't even have the mcat on my mind.
The next day I felt very good and had a very productive day and week in terms of studying.
Do something other than mcat and try not to have it on your mind and I guarantee you'll be back on track the next day! Good luck
